Directions:
Adult Males: Take 3 capsules once a day.

Cautions:
Consult a healthcare practitioner before using if you are taking antidepressant drugs such as MAOIs or SSRIs, other anti-psychotic medications, medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, or seizures, following a low protein diet, have a family history of stroke, high blood pressure, or heart disease, or have any thyroid disorder, kidney disorder, diabetes, or liver disorder.

Do not use if you have Phenylketonuria (PKU), if you are taking Levodopa, a medication used to treat Parkinson's disease, or if you have tardive dyskinesia. Avoid use if pregnant or breastfeeding, taking health products that affect blood coagulation (e.g., blood thinners, clotting factor replacements, acetylsalicylic acid, ibuprofen, fish oils, vitamin E), which may increase the risk of spontaneous bleeding, or if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder.

Some people may experience diarrhea. People sensitive to nicotinic acid might undergo mild and temporary flushing of the skin. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use.
